In Our Little Town, you play as four members of the town council. The governor Montgomery Goodfellow is coming into town soon, and everyone wants the town to look as good as it can for him. However, everyone has their own ideas about how to achieve that. It’s your job to make sure the town is looking its very best before the governor arrives!
Game
This is a game a few of my friends and I created to ethical reflection. Our game is a civic simulator focused on individualism vs collectivism.
Overall, our game was well received. However, if we were to pursue further development of the game, we would revise the semantics of the game. We would also need to address issues of min-maxing.
